This strategic location is just minutes away from the Badlands, Cat Head, Tide Gauge Bar, and Point of Rocks. It’s only 45 minutes boat ride to the Land Cut before finally arrived at the destination.

Fishing at night once the sun sets and the Inferno 3000 Overhead LED Fishing Light. Brightness: 51,200 Lumens light is turned on drawing in the trout giving you the opportunity to fish until the sun comes up on your all inclusive fishing trip

Our Story
Johnny Pace started fishing back in the 70’s and we all stayed on the King Ranch Shoreline in a tent with his kids for years. In the early 90’s David Pace bought a houseboat and had it built for his dad and was put in a special place in 9 Mile Hole. David also bought him a boat to take out fishing for many years until a hurricane took the houseboat out.
